A professional with an experience of 19 years and above in Retail Banking across various markets in South-East Asia, Africa & the Middle East. Expertise in handling various roles in Business Strategy, Change Management & Transformation, Client Segments & Products, Client Experience, Learning & Talent Development. Extensive experience to lead initiatives like focused group approach for inputs and management of various projects to deliver the desired client engagement models. She is also trained in Design Thinking and is currently learning more on the applicability to the CX initiatives. Priya has earlier been in learning and development and has been vibrant in setting up the team of professional trainers for the learning Academy in Southern Africa (Standard Chartered Bank) and has participated in various learning and development conferences in South Africa and Botswana.
